Several of you forgot to leave tuition payments by the noon deadline. Remember that payment is due by Wednesday at noon every week and a fee is assessed on all late payments.

IF HOWEVER, you will pay online and create a new online pay account today we will waive your late fee for this week.

Some things to remember about online pay. You must create an account to use this function or you will be charged a fee each time.
Paying via checking or savings is FREE.
Paying with a credit card costs 2.75% on each payment.
You are asked to pay the credit card fee at the time of transaction.

Please set your payments to come out by Monday at the latest (we prefer the Friday before) so that all the accounting can be done on time. There has been a two day lag so far between your payment set up dates and our receiving the funds. It puts our accounting a week behind if they come in after Wednesday noon.

With that in mind, January 1, 2012 we will change the payment deadline to Friday of the week before for all payment types. We need to make this adjustment to allow for the lag in receiving the online credit. At that point late payment fee policies will also be adjusted. The fee will be increased and we will have a balance due fee also.

We are certainly not here to focus on money, we are here to love children and lead them to know God. We do however have to break even and pay the wonderful staff. Keeping the cash flow healthy will allow us to keep our focus on God and quality education instead of pushing paperwork around.

Remember November book orders are due tomorrow (TUES).

Remember also that if you want us to hold them in the office if they are gifts please let us know.

When you enter your payment amount there be sure to put your name in the box next to it. (If you are a grandparent making a payment put "your name for child's last name", example: SMITH for Brown) The same would be true for parent's who have a child with a different surname.

Make payments from your checking or savings account with no additional fees.

Credit/debit card payments will be available with a 2.75% fee added. The selection for paying that fee says "optional" but if not paid by you while you are making the payment that fee will be added to your preschool account. It would be much easier for us if you would pay that as you make your payment.
Don't be confused by the word donation on your payment summary page. We are working with the page designer to change that wording. Anything given via the Grow To Know section will be applied to tuition and fee payments.

We are all moved. Yes, it was a bit of a surprise to change entry doors today. We were planning to do all this by Monday, but the demolition crew needed to have access immediately.

Please enter through the gym entrance. You will receive a card for pick up and drop off today from your teachers.
Starting tomorrow morning use those cards plus your ID to pick up your child.

Please have your ID available at all times during the time from now until the new electronic entry is in place.

The renovated and new rooms are open! 
At long last we are moving in.

Orange Pre-K (Miss Kari and Mrs. Sierra) and Purple Twos (Miss Kelsey, Miss Emily and Mrs. Carol) are moved in already.

We are still shooting for MONDAY to change entry ways. IF construction necessitates we may have to use Door C this week too and will let you know if that occurs. Otherwise, beginning on Monday use Door C and be sure to bring your ID with you to check in.

Amy Smith still needs volunteers for the security team to check people in and out each day.

We will have holiday attendance sign up sheets posted on doors on Wednesday. Please mark your attendance plans for the week of Thanksgiving-especially the Friday after. We have quite a few staff members who would like to have days off to travel. I don't want to schedule anyone who really does not have to be here so we need a fairly accurate count. We will open enough classes to meet the needs of all of you.
We generally end up with only one classroom open and we order pizza for lunch and spend the day doing fun projects.
